Jennifer Lozada, BA

Case Manager

Jennifer is a case manager out of the Glendale Heights Police Department where she works with individuals, couples, and families while also providing follow up calls for incidents related to mental health crises, homelessness, substance abuse, juvenile issues, well-being checks, and domestic violence situations.

Prior to her work with NEDFYS, Jennifer worked at Child Advocacy Center as a case manager and bilingual victim advocate making sure the most vulnerable communities had a voice that was heard. The center specialized in serving victims of child sexual abuse. Jennifer has handled investigation cases and criminal court cases by working alongside forensic interviewers, assistant state’s attorneys, law enforcement investigators, DCFS case workers, medical team, and therapists to ensure justice was served for children and families.

Fun Fact​: If Jennifer could travel anywhere in the world, she would travel to Japan for the culture, food, and fashion.
